Congratulations on your new home! In most cases, gas service will already be active when you move in. However, you must activate your Pines Gas account before your move-in date.
To start your gas service online, you’ll need:
Start dates may vary from the requested date based on availability and account processing. If the gas is currently off at your new home, a representative will contact you as soon as possible to schedule an appointment for the next available business day to turn the gas on. Someone 18 years or older will need to be at the home for the appointment. If gas is currently active at your home, no additional steps are needed. Please continue and click on Start Service Now.
Once your account is set up, you’ll receive a welcome email within 1-2 business days with your new account number.
From there, you can register on our Customer Web Portal to:

If you’re moving to an area where Pines Gas does not provide service, you can request to stop your gas service through our Web Portal.

Moving to a new home? Call Customer Service at (877) 350-7816 to confirm if Pines Gas provides gas service at your new address.
If service is available, we’ll set up your new account and schedule the connection as close to your requested date as possible. We’ll also disconnect the Pines Gas meter at your previous address around your requested date.
If gas is currently off at your new home, a service technician will need access to all gas-burning appliances inside. An adult (18 years of age or older) must be present at the time a technician arrives at the home.
